Meeting in Palatine - on again

Let's play parlour games - will he show or not. I say not.

From the Daily Herald:

Cook County Board President Todd Stroger might come out to Palatine on June 16 after all. A conflict with the Palatine Village Council meeting prompted Commissioner Gregg Goslin to ask for a new date, but the options Stroger's camp offered up don't work for the Palatine Chamber of Commerce, which is facilitating the meeting at Harper College. "Trying to get on the same page has been a nightmare and we have to get this thing done," Goslin said. Palatine officials would like to be in person to hear Stroger's explanation of a recent 1 percent sales tax hike, but say they're not associated with the event.
